What We Do

What we do not currently provide

We do not currently provide regulated hands-on personal care. This includes physical assistance with washing or bathing, toileting, dressing or undressing, oral care, or other hands-on personal care activities within the regulated definition of personal care.

We also do not present our companionship service as medical monitoring, emergency supervision, diagnosis or treatment, and we do not guarantee health or safety outcomes that an everyday support service cannot genuinely guarantee.

Why this boundary matters

The company name includes “Care and Support”, but our current public offer must accurately describe the activities we actually provide. If someone’s needs are beyond that scope, we will be open about it rather than trying to make the service sound broader than it is.

A note about everyday technology and money

We may help with ordinary technology, but we do not ask people to disclose banking passwords, PIN numbers or other sensitive financial security information.

If you are not sure

Tell us what help is needed and we can explain whether it fits our current service. If it does not, we will say so clearly.
