Professionals and community organisations may encounter people who do not currently need regulated personal care but whose everyday life is becoming smaller, more isolated or harder to manage. Our current service may be relevant where the support needed is companionship, light practical help, community access, shopping, ordinary errands, appointment companionship, routines or everyday technology.

What we are clear about

We do not currently provide regulated hands-on personal care, medical treatment, clinical monitoring or emergency supervision. If the described needs fall outside our current scope, we will say so.

Outcomes you can see

Where a person has agreed to it, support is recorded as it happens and turned into a simple picture of progress: goals agreed, support delivered, confidence and independence changing over time. Reviews are informed by that evidence rather than memory.

This is offered to professionals and referrers at the level the person has consented to share — never a minute-by-minute account, and never anything that puts a person’s privacy at risk.

Using Direct Payments

We accept direct payments across our services. For a person using a direct payment, every visit carries its own evidence — verified time, agreed activity and the outcome worked on — with invoices that a direct-payment account holder or payroll service can submit unchanged.

We never manage, hold or control anyone’s direct payment, and we never ask for PINs, cards or banking access. We simply make the practical and evidence side of it straightforward.
