Who we are
Graceful Living Care & Support Ltd is a limited company providing non-regulated companionship and everyday practical support in Exeter and surrounding areas. You can contact us on 07435 818155 or [email protected].
What personal data we collect
When you contact us by phone or email, we collect your name, contact details and the information you choose to share about the person needing support.
The website itself does not store enquiry form entries in a database and does not use analytics, marketing or tracking tools.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and provide any agreed support, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share information only where it is needed to provide support — for example, with an authorised family member with your consent — or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or ask for deletion of your personal information, to restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), though we would always welcome the chance to put things right first.
Special-category data
We ask for health-related information only where it is relevant to arranging support, and we treat it as confidential.
How we record and report support progress
With the person’s agreement, we record support as it happens: the activity, the level of support it needed, and progress toward the person’s agreed goals. This can be shown as a simple progress graph over time.
From the same record we can generate reports for different readers — the person, an authorised family member, a direct-payment body, a housing partner or an employer — each limited to only what that reader needs and what the person has consented to share. Where a person’s own words or a voice note are recorded, we do so only with their consent, keep it only as long as needed, and they choose whether it is used.
Client records are never shown on our public website. Anything published to the website, such as an events list or anonymised statistics, is approved content only. Progress records, graphs and reports sit inside our secure staff and management systems, accessible only to those with a genuine need and the right permission.
