Small practical tasks protect independence and reduce overwhelm.

Sometimes independence is threatened not by one major problem, but by dozens of small things gradually becoming harder to keep on top of.
The washing needs doing. The fridge is getting empty. A parcel needs collecting. The bedding needs changing. There are letters and everyday jobs waiting. None of these things may be a crisis, but together they can make home feel increasingly difficult.
That is where practical everyday support can make a real difference.

The aim is not to make the person a spectator in their own home. Wherever possible, we work with them in a way that keeps choice and involvement. Success might simply be a home that feels manageable again and a person who feels less overwhelmed.
What this service is not
This is not regulated hands-on personal care. We do not currently provide washing, bathing, toileting, dressing or undressing, oral care or other hands-on personal care activities.
