Progressive Independence
Having somewhere to go and something to contribute changes more than the working day
We prepare, place, coach and stay alongside — for as long as it helps.

It can start with volunteering: a library, a charity shop, a community garden — somewhere to build routine and confidence before employment. When work is the goal, we accompany the commute until it fades, coach in the workplace, and liaise with employers monthly.
For employers we offer the Confident Hire package: we prepare the candidate, place them, coach them and stay alongside — so hiring someone who thinks differently comes with support built in, not risk.

Something to contribute
Work is not only a wage. It is a place where people know your name, a routine that holds the week together, and proof — to yourself first — that you have something to contribute.
Our honest boundary
We are not a recruitment agency and we do not provide regulated workplace supervision. Job coaching is non-regulated support; Access to Work funding, where available, is applied for by the individual with our paperwork help.
