Deliver warm, person-centred companionship and everyday support to people in their own homes and out in the community across Exeter and nearby Devon towns. You will help people keep doing the things that matter to them, stay connected to familiar places, and build confidence in everyday life. No experience necessary — full training provided. Enhanced DBS required.

Support Team Assistant
£26,000 - £30,000 per year
Help families get the support they need and keep everything running behind the scenes. You will answer calls and emails, match carers to the right visits, and look after the day-to-day organisation. Friendly, organised and good with people — admin and people skills essential.

- Organised and detail-oriented
- Experience in care coordination preferred
- Confident with phone and email
