Support We Offer
Appointments do not have to be faced alone
Practical companionship and organisation so appointments feel less daunting.

There can be travel to organise, forms to remember, questions to ask, information to take in and instructions to keep track of afterwards. A calm person beside you can make the day feel more manageable.
Family members cannot always leave work, arrange childcare or travel across the country to attend an appointment. Where appropriate, we can provide practical companionship and organisation around an appointment.
Support may include helping someone
The person remains at the centre
We are there to help with practical organisation and companionship. The person remains at the centre of the conversation and decisions. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or clinical monitoring.
For families
If you cannot attend, it can be reassuring to know your relative did not have to navigate the whole experience alone. Any update to family is based on the person’s permission and the communication plan agreed with them.
